MY PRACTICE IS IN A DIFFERENT STATE FROM WHERE YOU ARE LOCATED, WILL YOU WORK WITH ME? WHAT ABOUT TRAVEL EXPENSES?

Absolutely. Depending on the needs, some of the work can be done remotely. If an onsite visit is to be performed, there will be a $300/day per diem, air/car/train expenses will be the responsibility of the client. This will be in addition to the fees for any services performed. A quote will be provided and agreed upon prior to services being rendered.

WHAT IS THE COMPREHENSIVE PRIVATE PRACTICE PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT?

This is an onsite assessment performed by Sarah of the inner workings of your practice. Feedback is
provided in a usable way to implement changes for improvement of your practice. There are likely to

WHAT DOES SARAH CLARK CONSULTING EXPECT FROM A CLIENT?

As your practice consultant, it is the responsibility of Sarah to deliver the scope of the project. As the client, it is your responsibility to follow through with the “homework” that may be assigned to you. This could be following new policies that were implemented or attending all meetings scheduled. We also expect you to put in the work. We are putting in a lot of work to help you be more successful, and we expect you to do the same.
