How it Works:

Sample Role Responsibilities:

Manage Onboarding and Training

  • Manage onboarding of new hires (work with HR or benefits/payroll staff to assure new hires receive proper onboarding, training, education in order to be successful in their role)
  • Conduct or provide access to on-demand trainings for all staff/providers

Manage Staff Meeting Cadence

  • Manage Staff Performance Reviews
  • Conduct Monthly Staff Meetings – with detailed meeting minutes provided (45-60min)

Manage Billing and Finances
