Manage Onboarding and Training
- Manage onboarding of new hires (work with HR or benefits/payroll staff to assure new hires receive proper onboarding, training, education in order to be successful in their role)
- Conduct or provide access to on-demand trainings for all staff/providers
Manage Staff Meeting Cadence
- Manage Staff Performance Reviews
- Conduct Monthly Staff Meetings – with detailed meeting minutes provided (45-60min)
Manage Billing and Finances
- Manage billing department and/or RCM company
- Reconcile end of day financial reports
Leading Process Improvement, Growth Strategy and Business Reporting
- Review KPIs and provide insight for improvement
- Key Liaison with any other professionals to prepare your business for growth, scale or exit (EOS/CPA/exit planning, etc)
On Call access to all employees/providers [during clinic business hours]
